about me

about me

I like asking:

- how may we exist with nuance and simplicity?

- how do we rejoice amidst pain?

- how can I exist in truer connection with the earth?

Trees, song, dance, and visual play honor life in me. Expressive arts help me deepen into emotion, move through challenge and complexity, and uplift my yearning for collective liberation and sustainable life.

My experience as an engineer informs my facilitation and design processes. I’ve worked with technologists to learn methods of documenting, organizing, automating, and building collaborative methods to maintain flow state. My visual art is mostly “unplanned” and helps me learn about what’s integral to my consciousness.

I am most excited about nature and expressive arts based healing strategies - working together in groups towards a sustainable and just world.

I had the great fortune of being raised by arts organizations in Boston, Massachusetts.

I work to honor my ancestors who were held by Oak tree groves in the British Isles - and who rejoice in community gathering.

I cherish the opportunity to live among mycelium and rich soils.

The lands of the Abenaki, Massachusett, Ohlone, and Kumeyaay people have cared for my body and uplifted my spirit.

In the darker soils, I have found truer nourishment.
